The Department of Revenue’s Digital Document Management and Micrographic services are available to state agencies and businesses.

Services include:

  • Document preparation
  • Document scanning
  • Remittance processing
  • Data capture
  • Image and document conversion to PDF, other file formats
  • Microfilm processing and duplication
  • Customized output
  • Reporting
  • Technical assistance including job specification and cost proposal planning

Customers have included the Pennsylvania Departments of Agriculture, Environmental Protection, Health, Labor & Industry, Public Welfare and Transportation, among other state agencies.
