Digital Document Management and Micrographic Services
The Department of Revenue’s Digital Document Management and Micrographic services are available to state agencies and businesses.
Services include:
- Mail services
- Document preparation
- Document scanning
- Remittance processing
- Data capture
- Image and document conversion to PDF, other file formats
- Microfilm processing and duplication
- Customized output
- Reporting
- Technical assistance including job specification and cost proposal planning
Customers have included the Pennsylvania Departments of Agriculture, Environmental Protection, Health, Labor & Industry, Public Welfare and Transportation, among other state agencies.
