Filing Reports with the Department

Businesses required to report purchaser data to the department must follow the instructions below to file their report.

  • Log into e-TIDES.
  • Select File Upload from the menu options.
  • Under “Select Tax System” click on Marketplace from the drop down menu.
  • Follow the step by step instructions for the file upload. In step one, there is a link for the required file layout.
