View a Statement of Account in e-TIDES Document Center

Purpose

Use this procedure to view a Statement of Account (e-SOA) that was electronically requested in the e-TIDES Pennsylvania Business Tax System.

Trigger

Perform this procedure when an e-SOA was electronically requested in the e-TIDES Pennsylvania Business Tax System and is ready to be viewed.

Prerequisites

Before beginning this task, obtain the following information:

  • e-Signature User ID and Password

Use the following menu path(s) to begin this process:

Helpful Hints

  • The e-SOA is viewable the next business day after making the request electronically in e-TIDES
  • The e-SOA is made available in the e-TIDES Document Center in PDF format. A PDF reader is required in order to view the requested e-SOA

Procedure

  1. Start the process using the menu path.

  2. As required, complete/review the following fields:

    ​Field
    		 ​R/O/D
    		 ​Description
    ​User ID
    		​Required
    User-generated identifier required to create an e-TIDES account.
     
    Example:
    parev1

  3. As required, complete/review the following fields:

    Field
    		 ​R/O/D
    		 ​Description
    ​Password
    		​Required
    Sequence of letters, digits or special characters which the user must enter along with a user ID to gain access to the system.

  4.  Select the ‪Login‬Login Buttonbutton.

  5. Select the ‪Document Center‬Document Center Imagelink.

  6. Select the ‪View Documents‬View Documents Imagelink.

  7. Select the Enterprise DROPDOWN MENUDropdown Iconicon.

  8. Select the applicable enterprise from the list. Example: ‪E CORR TEST 2 (1001340928)‬

  9. Select the ‪Submit‬Submit Buttonbutton.

  12. Select the ‪Open‬Open Buttonbutton.
    i IconDepending on your Internet browser, you may be prompted to choose either Save or Open in order to continue.  In addition, this screen may appear different depending on the Internet browser being used.

  13. ‬Select either the Save or PrintSave/Print Iconsicons to save a copy locally or print a hardcopy Statement of Account.
