Once a tavern becomes licensed by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board to sell tavern games, a tavern is obligated to file and pay tavern games tax quarterly.   • Taverns with questions regarding the state or municipality tavern games tax should contact the Department of Revenue at RA-SGOC@pa.gov.
  • Questions regarding operation and enforcement of games of chance should be directed to law enforcement officials, such as local or state police, Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, or county District Attorney’s Office.
