Concerned about the legitimacy of a contact you received?
If you are concerned about a potentially fraudulent contact by an individual or an organization representing him/her/itself as being from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, please contact the Customer Experience Center at (717) 425-2495 ext. 72267. When you have reached a representative, please provide them the name and phone number of the employee who contacted you. The representative taking your call will be able to assist you with any questions you may have, including verification of where to remit the requested information.
