Registration is currently open for the Department of Revenue's annual series of Tax Seminars. The one-day seminars are designed to inform tax professionals about new state tax laws and other important tax-related information that will help them serve their clients.

In addition to recent changes in tax laws, this year's seminars will focus on initiatives that are underway to help the Department of Revenue boost its customer service. Presentations will also focus on personal income tax, sales tax, corporation taxes, compliance initiatives and electronic filing options the department offers to help business owners and their tax professionals file tax returns and pay state taxes.

There will be 13 seminars this year held between September 17 and December 18. The seminars will be held in counties throughout Pennsylvania, including Adams, Berks, Blair, Butler, Centre, Cumberland, Delaware (two), Lehigh, Lycoming, Luzerne, Monroe and Montgomery. Visit the department's 2019 Tax Seminars Schedule to find a full listing of the events. To register, find the contact person for the event you'd like to attend and reach out to the contact through email or by phone.

You can also find a list of the seminars and contact information on the Department of Revenue's Facebook page.
