​Pennsylvania Online Business Tax Registration

The Pennsylvania Online Business Entity Registration (PA-100) was replaced with myPATH's "Pennsylvania Online Business Tax Registration" service.

Customers will now use myPATH's "Pennsylvania Online Business Tax Registration" service to register a business entity with the department. The myPATH registration service includes registration for all tax types included in the previous PA-100 application. It also includes the ability to register for corporate net income tax, corporation specialty taxes, and other withholding taxes that are new services being offered with this transition to myPATH.

New registration requirements for Consumer Fireworks Tax accounts and Wine Excise Tax accounts.

Effective 11/30/2022, new fireworks facility licensees must register for a Consumer Fireworks Tax account through the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue's myPATH's "Pennsylvania Online Business Tax Registration" service to register a business entity with the department. 

Effective 11/30/2022, newly licensed Direct Wine Shippers will need to register for a Wine Excise Tax account through the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue's myPATH's "Pennsylvania Online Business Tax Registration" service to register a business entity with the department. 

Newly licensed fireworks facilities and direct wine shippers should visit mypath.pa.gov and select "Pennsylvania Online Business Tax Registration" to begin the application
