The following rates are effective Jan. 1, 2024, and apply to tax periods through calendar year 2024.

In addition to the tax rates above for liquid fuels and fuels, a 1.1 cent per gallon underground storage tank fee is collected by the Insurance Department. This is a fee for the Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund and does not get deposited into the Motor License Fund.
